Hello I installed Media proxy by downloading it and putting it in : /usr/local/mediaproxy than I copied /usr/local/mediaproxy/boot/mediaproxy.debian to /etc/init.d/mediaproxy and started it Is that all I need to do with the installation? What would I have to add to openser.cfg? -- Thank You

Hi all, I've a problem with a CPE/IAD that sometimes send a REGISTER with same Cseq in the location entry, OpenSER response is "400 Bad Request" with P-Registrar-Error: Invalid CSeq number. This causes the CPE/IAD to disable the voice port. I want disable this kind of check, i've try to set the modparam("usrloc", "cseq_delay", 0) for disable retrasmission check but doesn't work Any other idea to solve this? i've this problem with only this CPE. Hi, pua_usrloc has an issue with SIP device that publish their state, since the PUBLISH is generated twice: 1) With the REGISTER by pua_usrloc module. 2) With the PUBLISH sent by the device. If for example the user sets "Online" - "Away" status and after that the device refreshes the REGISTER, then its state will just be "Online" (the state pua_usrloc generates). In order to avoid this issue it could be nice to query a BD table looking for the "User-Agent" and just exec "pua_set_publish()" if the device doesn't support presence PUBLISH. The query could be done by regular expressions in order to allow different versions of same device, all of them supporting presence. A doubt I have is: Would be easier store user-agents of devices supporting presence? or not supporting presence? which one list will be shorter? Because it, I'd like to start a page in the wiki containing all the devices "User-Agent" (with regular expression) supporting (or not) presence PUBLISH, and a small script to generate the table after copy&paste the whole list from the web. Hello users, Actually i want to implement prepaid billing solution to my customers using radius accounting I have gone through the documentation provided with the sources of CDRTool and got confused with all dsn details,connections to mediaproxy ,asterisk,radius,openser. I want to first understand the call flow if using this CDRTool so that i can design mysetup. The present setup i have is 1)openser for authentication 2)Call control using asterisk+asterisk-b2bua in combination with radius Then u may ask why i am after this CDRTool because i was unable to deduct the balance and implement different tariffs using that setup in realtime so i wish to know from you what are different setups i can made using the jumbo CDRTool project so that i can select one and working . Hi everyone, I'm trying to build one asterisk cluster using openser to route calls to each machine. I followed a few (many) guides and examples on internet but they simple didn't work very well... I'm using the dispatcher module with openser version 1.1.0-9etch1 (running on a debian 4.0). I have two asterisk (trixbox) machines to do load balancing and failover. I can register in my openser machine with my softphone (twinkle). When I place a call to one extension that exists in both asterisks the call goes always to the second ip in the list. Looking in the debug messages I found the following part: 7(7905) DEBUG:tm:t_should_relay_response: T_code=100, new_code=407 7(7905) DEBUG:tm:t_pick_branch: picked branch 0, code 407 7(7905) ERROR:tm:t_forward_nonack: no branch for forwarding 7(7905) ERROR:tm:w_t_relay: t_forward_nonack failed 7(7905) DEBUG:tm:relay_reply: branch=0, save=0, relay=0 7(7905) old size: 555, new size: 474 7(7905) build_res_from_sip_res: copied size: orig:124, new: 43, rest: 431 msg= SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required in my understanding that would mean that I need a password of some kind to relay this message to the asterisk box. The funny part is that the call gets completed and goes always to the same box, the second one in the list. If I change the order of the IPs inside my dispatcher.cfg file it starts to go to the other asterisk, that is the 2nd in the list now. After a lot reading in the debug messages and writing some log messages I found out that the invite request is always going down to the failure route. I think that this is because of the call to t_on_failure("1"); inside my if ( method=="INVITE" ) in the main route, that triggers when the code 407 comes from the password reply... thats just one idea. Have you tryied to call from UA1 (behind your NAT) to other device out of your LAN? MediaProxy (if it well configured) should work in that case. In case caller and called behind the same call, you explicitely **need** to allow direct RP in openser.cfg by matching $si with $dd (if pulbic source address and destination address is the same don't apply SDP fix). Hi, I'm interested in using DNS blacklisting to stop transmitting SIP requests towards UAS endpoints that are non-responsive. I am on version 1.2, but I can't get it to work properly. Here is what I am trying to do: 1) I get a message from a UAC that needs to be sent towards 1 of 4 destination UAS endpoints. 2) I setup the OpenSER to perform an SRV lookup which returns a record that has four A records associated with it. It looks as follows: ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;_sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. IN SRV ;; ANSWER SECTION: _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 1 100 5061 spinner.eng.rr.com. _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 2 100 5061 bart.eng.rr.com. _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 3 50 5061 homer.eng.rr.com. _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 3 50 5061 crunch.eng.rr.com. 3) The OpenSER does a gethostbyname which performs a DNS A record lookup and gets a response for spinner.eng.rr.com. 4) When the OpenSER sends towards spinner.eng.rr.com, it does not get a SIP response from it. *It is at this point I was hoping that OpenSER would blacklist this UAS endpoint*, but for each incoming request that is received by the OpenSER, it continues to resolve the domain in the same manner and sends towards spinner.eng.rr.com even though there is no SIP response. Is what I am trying to do in accordance with how OpenSER blacklisting is supposed to work? I am trying to have OpenSER send towards bart.eng.rr.com when spinner.eng.rr.com is not responding or is not reachable. My configuration is as below. Note that I have even tried to disable sending towards spinner.eng.rr.com by manually adding a dst_blacklist entry - that doesn't even seem to work for me.. Am I doing something wrong? I have also attached a log file. I have 2 SJphone behind the same NAT (I know that it's a restricted con NAT). UA1 ----> (NAT 1) --------> PROXY | | UA2 <-----(NAT 1)<------------- I've configured my openser.cfg to use Mediaproxy (installed in the same pc) if 1 or 2 pc are behind NAT (in this case both of my pc). But when I call from UA1 to the other and I accept the call with UA2, the RTP stream doesn't flow through the Mediaproxy but it's direct from UA1 to UA2. Any clue? thanks daniel

Hi, I know this was from the beginning a hot issue, but now, thanks to Dragos Oancea <dragos(a)voice-system.ro>, the mi_xmlrpc can: 1) be compiled against the newest versions of libxmlrpc-c3. The Makefile will detect the library version an trigger the appropriate compile options for the module; So the module supports both the old version (0.9.10) and the newest versions (1.03.10 - 1.06.18). If none of these version is detected, a warning will be issued and the module will be compiled as for the new versions. If you detect the older versions (than 1.03.10 are supported, please let us know). 2) properly auto-detects the path of the header files and the libraries that the modules needs to compile against, so this should not be a problem anymore ;) any feedback will be useful :) regards, bogdan

Greetings, I am proxying INVITEs and need to be able to know when the 200 OK that is part of that particular transaction dialogue (same CSeq as the INVITE) appears so that I stamp voice-bearing media start in my logs. However, I cannot seem to detect it. I see from the packet capture that the 200 OK from the far end of the call does go back through my OpenSER proxy (I do record_route() on all methods but REGISTER & OPTIONS as per the spec), but I can't seem to programmatically access it in any way. Are there special steps required to get at it? This is to say, my main route contains: if(is_method("INVITE")) { ... } But I never seem to catch anything with it but actual INVITE messages. What gives? I tried doing if(t_check_status("200")) within that block, but without anything that I would describe as success. I never even get another message whose overall transaction method is INVITE even when I dump them all for debugging purposes in the main route. Insights appreciated! I need to use my own schemas; I have a platform that absolutely does not lend itself to storing data in the avpops' schema. Luckily, avp_db_query() saved the day. Hi all, I'm trying to develop an extension to support SNOM's number guessing feature (I don't know if it's somehow a standard but description on how it works is here: http://kb.snom.com/kb/index.php?View=entry&CategoryID=14&EntryID=14) As I have to do some 'complicated' db queries I was thinking to use PERL module to handle number guessing request from the phone. I see there's no way (please correct me if I'm wrong) from OpenSER, neither from OpenSER::Message, to send a stateless reply with a customized body (SNOM says that possible number completion shoud be included in the body of a 200 OK reply). Hello, We are switching from 1.1 to 1.2, and i have some problems. 1) Could you please tell me how should i handle natted contacts in regisers. i read modparam("registrar", "nat_flag", 6) is not exists any more i guess i should use nat_bfalg in usrloc module, but i don't know how to use this, could you tell me an example? how should i set the branch flag which should be used for this? 2) There is no Calling-Station-Id and Called-Station-Id in radius accounting packets. Although i use the same libradiusclient_ng.so, with the same configuration files, and the same radius server too. I need these attributes, could you please tell me why they are missing? I had already tried configuring the UA with the address of one of the servers ( both IP and domain name ) as well as altering the openser config to force the address. The peculiar thing there is that the registrar does not challenge or even respond at all. It would seem that it ignores REGISTER requests that do not have callcentric.com as the domain name and realm. The UA can register with this provider without difficulty when the UA is configured to use STUN and no outgoing proxy. The UA does not do a second DNS lookup. It simply uses the same address for both requests. When the UA receives the challenge does it not use the received nonce to encrypt its credentials? I have to admit my knowledge of that subject is shakey. And would this not have to be delivered to the same server that sent the nonce? I am experimenting with using openser as the basis for a home telephone system. Openser resides on the same node as my NAT. I have also employed the rtp proxy feature. I have had some success with my setup but recently I encountered a problem registering with a particular service provider. My phones are set up to use openser as an outgoing proxy. They can register with various service providers except one. From tracing the messages I believe I know what is going wrong. The REGISTER is sent to openser which does a DNS lookup. This results in two registrars. Openser picks one and forwards the messages. The registrar issues a challenge as expected which is sent back to the phone. The phone sends its credentials to openser. Openser does another DNS lookup and sends the message to the other registrar. This registrar also issues a challenge. Thus it continues forever with the credentials being sent to the wrong registrar. My question is, how do I get openser to send the credentials to the registrar that is requesting them? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Also, while I appreciate the 'tm' module's ability to catch replies to messages that are part of the same transaction, i.e. t_check_trans(), but does OpenSER provide a way natively to check if messages associated with *any* transaction are part of a particular logical call leg (i.e. dialogue branch tag, Call-ID GUID)? Right now, I am having to hit my database of stored open Call-IDs via avpops to see if this is the case, and that seems ludicruously expensive. All, A new DB module has been submitted to the trunk that incorporates the Berkeley DB into Openser. This module depends on Berkeley DB, which is a high-performance embedded DB kernel. The Berkeley DB offers a couple of architectures: 1. Concurrent Data Store (CDS) 2. Transaction Data Store This module uses the CDS model. One of the main differences between these architectures is DB recovery and robustness (Please refer to the Berkeley DB for full details). In a nutshell, the onus of recovery is on the application (e.g. openser). This modules contains a recovery program utils/db_berkeley/bdb_recover that can be used to recover DB files. Like other DB modules, the DB must be created before Openser can be started. The standard openserdbctl script can be used to create the DB once the Berkeley DB is installed. The module is experimental, and has been tested primarily with registration. **Important** Berkeley DB v4.6.19 contains a bug that will most certainly result in deadlock. There is a patch available for Berkeley DB 4.6.19, and the fix is to be sourced in the next release of 4.6. Hi, thanks for reply my email. I made the following test: I sent five different messages: one two three four five and I traced the SIP traffic passing through the server. They were stored in the DB in the correct sequence. So far so good. Now comes the problem, I saw the IM going out from my SIP Server and the sequence was wrong: three five two four one And exactly in that way appeared the IM in my client when the user went online. Hi, during the reviewing process of the new DB module for Berkeley, I made proposal to make a naming convention for all the modules implementing the DB API. I suggest something similar as for the modules implementing the MI interface, all having the "mi_" prefix. So, for the DB modules we should use "db_" prefix: db_berkeley mysql -> db_mysql postgres -> db_postgres dbtext -> db_text unixodbc -> db_unixodbc flatstore -> db_flatstore Does anybody see any drawback or problem if we rename the module before 1.3? I built a Sip Server with CentOS-V5 run on the Virtual Machine.I created 2 subscribers in Mysql server.I started Sip server and Mysql and then used Xlite to registered to Sip server. However, I couldn't registered to Sip server. (Xlite run on XP platform on Real PC).So, I have question: Does the Sip Server run on the CentOS platform was set up on Virtual Machine? --------------------------------- Fussy? Opinionated? I have a working version of OpenSER running on Xen guest on RedHat/Fedora 5. So in theory Centos 5 should work.... Hi For high availabilty iam doing with loadbalance with Round Robin could some one suggest what is the best method to do I have a domain xyz.com not static IP use will authenticate I have 2 openser Servers, with 1 Mysql, both teh server need to talk to one Mysql and user should be able to connect any server, depends on availability could some suggest me how can i do this. to have less downtime. or failover ram

Hello all, I thank you people who given me help to find out a solution to prepaid billng so as per one of the users suggestion i tried to install the patch of the b2bua with asterisk 1.4.2 and i want to test whether the radius server is communicating with asterisk or not the few doubts i have at present are 1)how to set radius attributes to radcheck table as i was unable to pass the digest credentials to the radius server 2)the default library file provided with the b2bua is sufficient to talk to the readius server or shall i need to include as we did with openser 3)what about this gateways information in the config file of b2bua help is required thanks in advance srinivas antarvedi i

After remeoved the support of DIAMETER mmodule from openser, tt works fine now. I have registered some numbers to it and will test it tonight with remote xlite users. BUT, what is DIAMETER? I read some post in voip forum, someone said it is far too outdated. I am wondering what it is, and what should be used to replace DIAMETER. Thanks for helping me along to solve the issues. I don't know what is that i:901 and i:902 means, so I simply change the first letter to upper case and change "_" to "-". I just made another attempt by using your suggestion in the openser.cfg file, it started successfully for a while, that means it has passed the dictionary. But failed another issue with DIAMETER. The configuration I used in openser.cfg is: modparam("acc", "radius_extra", "Src-Leg=$avp(s:source_leg); Dst-Leg=$avp(s:destination_leg)") The error is: acc:init_mytcp(): error connecting to the DIAMETER client ERROR:acc:child_init:: TCP connection not established ERROR:init_mod_child: Error while initializing module acc, rank -5 init_unixsock_server: Error in init_child ERROR: Could not initialize unix domain socket server In the log, I can see Openser is trying to connect 127.0.0:3000. [OpenSER-Users] serialize_branches seems to be not working

Hi to all, i'm using openser 1.2.2 no tls and i use exec_dset to get list of gateways in destination set to be serialized. After execution of exec_dset i get in output: sip:123456@10.10.10.1:5062;q=0.2 sip:123456@10.10.10.10:5060;q=0.1 $ds become : Contact: sip:123456@10.10.10.1:5062;q=0.2, sip:123456@10.10.10.10:5060;q=0.1 RURI become: sip:123456@10.10.10.1:5062;q=0.2 $bR become: sip:123456@10.10.10.10:5060;q=0.1 All seems to be fine but when i run serialize_branches() i get: DEBUG:serialize_branches: nothing to do - all same q! Any ideas on what i'm missing? May be something in the output of exec_dset?? I'm using the \n between lines in my custom LCR scripts to get gateways from DB. Thanks, Bye, Marcello

Hi, I've multidomain OpenSer and I want the possibility of adding new domains without having to write in conf file and restart OpenSer, so I use "domain" module and functions. It works fine. So I am guessing that avp_db_load() cannot be used this way unless I rename my records in DB from 'pkt' to '111' which does not make much sense. Hello all, Recently I changed all my avps from string names to aliases. I noticed that all my avp_db_load() calls are failing. From the tests that I did, I conclude that it fails when the 2nd argument to the function is an avp with an alias: avp_aliases="caller = i:100; pkt = i:111" avp_db_load("$avp(s:caller)/uri", "$avp(s:pkt)") works ok avp_db_load("$avp(caller)/uri", "$avp(s:pkt)") works ok avp_db_load("$avp(caller)/uri", "$avp(pkt)") fails What am I doing wrong? Openser xmpp module is up and running.. I have configured it in "server" mode so that there is no need for a separate jabber server. I am trying to register "sip-communicator" client using jabber protocol to openser server... But the registration fails with message " Connection refused" 502 XMPP error. Please can any one provide any suggestions/ help ??? Hello! I'm using sl_reply(4xx…); drop; to drop invite requests that doesn't follow some custom logic. Is it possible to log such requests with acc module? It works perfect if 4xx comes from gateway – I have a line in DB, but when I use sl_reply, it's not accounted. Do I miss something, or it's not possible to use acc in this case? BR, Alex.

I'm working with the gw-pstn.cfg example, and am having a problem with canceling outbound pstn calls. The invite step seems to work fine. Function route[3] checks for a pstn in the uri, and uses route[5] to route outbound calls to the pstn gateway. But, if the originating client cancels the call before it gets connected, the cancel sip message doesn't go through the same route[3] -> route[5] processing. Instead, the processing ends up falling through to the end of the main route() function, where lookup("location") fails, because the pstn in the LHS of the uri doesn't match any known registered local devices. So, the client gets a "404" error, and the target pstn keeps ringing. It seems to me that all messages, not just the invites, need to be rerouted as they are in route[5], so that they are sent to the pstn gateway, and aren't processed as if for a local device. Hello every body, I tryed to install openseradmin. But I have got many problems. I knew that it must install ruby and rubygem. So I have downloaded : ruby-1.8.5-p2 and rubygem-0.9.4 no problem for their installation. But when I tried to do: gem install rails --include-dependencies, i have got a error message: ERROR: While executing gem...(Gem: RemoteFetcher::FetchError) getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution (SocketError) So anybody know what's the matter? Hi, I'm interested in using DNS blacklisting to stop transmitting SIP requests towards UAS endpoints that are non-responsive. I am on version 1.2, but I can't get it to work properly. Here is what I am trying to do: 1) I get a message from a UAC that needs to be sent towards 1 of 4 destination UAS endpoints. 2) I setup the OpenSER to perform an SRV lookup which returns a record that has four A records associated with it. It looks as follows: ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;_sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. IN SRV ;; ANSWER SECTION: _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 1 100 5061 spinner.eng.rr.com. _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 2 100 5061 bart.eng.rr.com. _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 3 50 5061 homer.eng.rr.com. _sip._udp.aimcidfilter.com. 60 IN SRV 3 50 5061 crunch.eng.rr.com. 3) After fetching the SRV record, the OpenSER sees that spinner.eng.rr.com has a priority of 1 so it does a gethostbyname which performs a DNS A record lookup and gets a response for spinner.eng.rr.com. 4) When the OpenSER sends towards spinner.eng.rr.com, it does not get a SIP response from it. *It is at this point I was hoping that OpenSER would blacklist this UAS endpoint*, but for each incoming request that is received by the OpenSER, it continues to resolve the domain in the same manner and sends towards spinner.eng.rr.com even though there is no SIP response. Is what I am trying to do in accordance with how OpenSER blacklisting is supposed to work? I am trying to have OpenSER send towards bart.eng.rr.com when spinner.eng.rr.com is not responding or is not reachable. My configuration is as below. But if i want to have a prepaid solution like our mobiles i dont found any solution till now on open source some of my friend suggested to go for B2BUA from vovida.org does anybody using this ? is this real that this can work for prepaid stuff? if not just let me know otherwise i will waste my time in doing some research on something not useful if not what might be the other ways to get around the problem of prepaid billing i know we can do this using b2bua, can we go ahead with asterisk? waiting for valuable suggestions -- Srinivas Antarvedi

Hi all, we are testing SER 0.9.6 and SER 2.0 in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 8) environment. For test persitence auth mode configuration we have installed a MySQL 5 server with development libraries. The RPM pakages are: MySQL-shared-compat-5.0.27-0.rhel3 MySQL-server-standard-5.0.27-0.rhel3 MySQL-devel-standard-5.0.27-0.rhel3 MySQL-client-standard-5.0.27-0.rhel3 We have compiled, installed and configurated both SER 0.9.6 and SER 2.0 following the INSTALL instructions. Besides, our environment has all the previous requirements for installing SER. In a no persitence auth mode configuration the SER server works fine, but when we configure a persistence auth mode using mysql module (previous mysql.so generation and installation and ser.cfg configuration) the server crash. Hi all, First of all, good day :) Wondering if any of you guy experience in RTPProxy, previously all voice stream I'll simply forward to Asterisk. Straight to the point, now I've a working SIP server with combination of OpenSER and Asterisk, (location A) but I'll need to setup another OpenSER w/ RTPProxy server on different location, (location B) the point of this setup is to make when UA connected to location B, all the signaling are forward/relay to location A, but RTP stream will be handled by RTPProxy @ location B, which RTP stream should contain IP address of location B instead of A. I've tried numerous setup but couldn't get it work. _Setup #1_ openser.cfg # after sanity check rewritehost("location A IP"); sl_send_reply("300", "redirect"); This works but somehow I need to append IP/hostname to the destination number (eg., 001 became 001(a)sip.myhost.com), and ethereal trace on UA still showing the IP in RTP stream is location A not B. _Setup #2_ openser.cfg if (!is_method("INVITE")) { rewritehost("location A IP"); t_relay(); } else { # INVITE force_rtp_proxy; } but this setup doesn't work :( Do I need to configure the rtp proxy? I couldn't find any configurable file (.conf) for RTPProxy, according to the manual it shall extract the destination IP/hostname and automatically relay the RTP stream, but .. I'm still no luck with it. Can't really recalled others config, but does anyone come across this similar setup? mind to share your experience with me? Hi, I've discovered en error in my conf when there is an user "B" registered from two devices: - device-B1 behind NAT with NO-STUN. - device-B2 with public IP. If "A" from public IP calls to "B" then the blag(6) (NAT) should be tested inside a "branch_route", because if not, then it could return TRUE or FALSE depending on which device (device-B1 or device-B2) appears first in "location" table. So, if I use: ----------------------------------------------------------------- # RTP-proxy Section route[8] { if (isbflagset(6)) { force_rtp_proxy(); } } ----------------------------------------------------------------- then RtpProxy will be enabled or not enabled for **ALL** the branchs (just device-B1 needs RtpProxy). But the pain here is that it's possible to not enable RtpProxy in a branch who needs it. So I think the solution (it seems to work i nmy testing) is to handle this in "branch_route": ----------------------------------------------------------------- # RTP-proxy Section route[8] { t_on_branch("8"); } branch_route[8] { if (isbflagset(6)) { force_rtp_proxy(); } } ----------------------------------------------------------------- I would like to confirm this with you, since I've never seen in any conf a "branch_route" to handle NAT bflag and RtpProxy. I have registered all my phones on OpenSER with the full number. e.g. 43 11555 1007 When one employee from one site wants to call an employee from the same site I want them only to dial 1007 not The whole number. I have following perl script, but when I use the "canonical" function, it always adds "+" in front of the number. Hello all, i was trying to integrate My OpenSER with Mediaproxy server for nat traversal Problems i was facing: 1)proxydispatcher.sock has not been built 2)when running with mediaproxy alone the audio was lost meaning in the first invite and 200 ok handshakes the sdp mangling was done perfect but next all reinvites( because of Session-Expires) lost the sdp mangling to respective global ips Can anybody give a clue to these two problems thanks in advance - Srinivas Antarvedi

Take a look into the core dump (set core_dump = yes) with gdb, this should give you further informations about the cause of the segmention fault. To get a better backtrace install the debug package (debian) or compile with debugging enabled. If the error is located in openser, please post the backtrace also on the list. Cheers, Henning

Hi all. I had installed and running openser-1.2.1-notls. It was my registrar and presence server. I updated to the trunk version the 25th of September, and I am trying to get the same I got with 1.2.1, registrar and presence. Registering is working fine, but presence request SUBSCRIBE and PUBLISH fail, the log says that header 'Event: presence' is not supported!! Hi! I have a problem with branch routes and openser 1.2: In the branch_route I setflag(22) and activate t_on_reply(). In the reply route I check isflagset(22) and it is not. For my understanding, I thought transaction flags belong to the transaction, regardless if they are set/read in branch_route or reply_route. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong here? regards klaus

Hi All, My ser server was running fine but my users started to complain that they are not able to register. When I checked : serctl ul show 1200928 it shows 106 entries and I've checked my location table also it also contain so many expired records. I tried stopping mysql and ser and cleared all records from location table but then again after some same prob. Please help its very urgent. thanks arun
