[Serusers] Parallel Forking Query

Hi, I am just wondering what is the position with forking a call i.e. is it the case that all calls must be parallel forked or else none? I want to set up SER such that some users have their imcoming calls forked to all their devices and others have their incoming calls processed as normal....Is this possible??
