I see that the tutorial points to a repository hosted by NG Voice, maybe Carsten can add some details about its availability.

Otherwise, I guess the one on sourceforge openimscore project is the version you can try:

Please could you advise where can I get open source HSS that works with latest Kamailio 5.2 release for OS:

ubuntu18-04:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description:    Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Release:        18.04
Codename:       bionic

If possible please share the steps to integrate with Kamailio.

If not Open source then maybe an evaluation software.
