The save() function have logic to handle this already. No need to send a
"200" as the save() function will do that for you.

Hi All.
RFC3261 section 10.2.2 Removing Bindings says that when a
registrar server receives a Contact header with a value of
"*" and expires=0 it should remove all bindings for the AOR.
Do I just send back a 200OK? How do I handle this in ser.cfg?
