Hello, this depends on what you are expecting from the term SBC. Have a look e.g. on this page for an overview: http://www.evaristesys.com/blog/kamailio-as-an-sbc-five-years-on/ Kamailio can fulfil many SBC duties, but its not a 100% replacement for a FreeSwitch. Usually Kamailio is used together with a PBX like FreeSwitch or Asterisk in infrastructure.
