The simple answer: depends on your setup. If you expect all clients to always be connected, it will be easier to rely on the client side. The user will then use the client's *-commands to set forwarding and you don't have to do anything on the ser side. (OBS! Make sure that your billing records are accurate for all clients => right person paying). However, if you expect people to have soft clients and be unregistered longer periods, the clients will not be available for forwarding/diversion and you are better off doing it in SER. However, you then need to implement some way for end-users to change their settings (i.e. serweb-type). g-)
