are you running the command as root user.
are you using the default password as heslo or have you changed it...
run mysql -u<root username> -p<root password> mysql>grant all privileges on ser.* to 'serro'@'localhost' identified by 'heslo';
then check.
open serctl file /usr/local/sbin/ and check the details there also...
