There is no issue. Please take a look at https://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/5.1.x/modules/xlog.html#xlog.f.xlog xlog logs strings to some log file, the default level/severity is error. Combine that with a retarted launcher like systemd and you might get the impression there is something wrong where there isn't.
