do you have any other call of functions from rtpproxy or rtpengine modules in addition to the fix_nated_sdp()? They are conflicting, you should use only one or the other. Or, if a must to do both, use msg_apply_changes() in between.

I have an SDP rewrite and it is adding a duplicate IP to the connection address.
