Just to clarify, are you speaking about "In"
and "Out" columns? do you see
values "In" and "Out" in some of the records in those columns?

No, I see nothing in these columns either. Not sure what they are for,
something to do with routing to/from PSTN gateway? In my environment
I have no working PSTN gateway (I just have a test rig).
