When there is color and voip and wifi in one sentence, one of the three doesn't fit there...
you most likely want to do something like:
192.168.0.2:5060 for both of them, and do change that IP to the box on which you have something SIP running.

I am trying to configure a VOIP phone. I do not know the setting.

The setting are :
Registrar Server IP and Port address
Outbound Proxy Server IP and Port address
