Probably from debian repo for master branch, which meanwhile has kamailio 5.2.0-dev there.

Also missing quite needed function like ds_is_from_list

Stable branch releases 5.1.x should have it.

I do not recall by heart right now if I exported all of them at the end, but there are more than you listed here in 5.1.2.
