A cisco protocol trace and a etherreal SIP/RTP trace would probably more
useful.
On the cisco set:
debug isdn event
debug q921
debug q931
debug voip
debug voip ccapi inout
If you use Analog ports and not ISDN choose the appropriate
debug options for the voice ports.
Then start a call and log the debug output.
