Thanks for the quick response.
I tried on my machine(ARM board) and below are the responses.
./openserctl fifo get_statistics inuse_transactions
mkfifo: No such file or directory
error opening read fifo /tmp/ser_receiver_907
./openserctl fifo get_statistics
mkfifo: No such file or directory
error opening read fifo /tmp/ser_receiver_867
