Hi Martin, if there is an updated standard for SIP-DTLS (which I was also not able to find) this could be of course added to Kamailio. Somebody just needs to implement it, we are happy to review and contributions. Obviously, not being used by anyone, this code is almost never tested. I can tell that it worked in labs years ago and I don't think it was ever used in production by any one that I know.
