Thanks Daniel for your quick response.
I tried the above one which you mention above, I am sharing my screenshot
which is showing it is listening on the given addresses but registration
not happening, kindly saw the attached picture once.
Actually I need a basic call like below.
endopint-1 kamailio endpoint-2
REGISTER --------> | <--------- REGISTER
REGISTER 200 OK <------- | ---------> REGISTER 200 OK
INVITE ---------> | ---------> INVITE
180 RINGING <-------- | <-------- 180 RINGING
200 OK INVITE <-------- | <-------- 200 OK INVITE
ACK ---------> | ---------> ACK
-----------MEDIA-------------
BYE -------------> BYE
BYE 200 OK <------------ BYE 200 OK
REGISTER (exp=0) --------> | <--------- REGISTER
REGISTER 200 OK <------- | ---------> REGISTER 200 OK
Thanks,

Hello,
if you do not need anything special, just handling registrations over ipv6
and route between the users, then do:
listen=udp:[2402:3a80:d1a:f45a:fe44:2e54:ed2b:9bb2]:5060
A rather outdated tutorial, but still a good reading, is available at:

See also the core cookbook on
kamailio.org/wiki, there are couple of
other parameters that you can tune.
Cheers,
Daniel
