CDRTool is good. But I say you make your own sql queries and to process the
calls. The good thing about a complete call you will be having three records
containg the same sip_callid you can use this filed to find all invite/ack
and bye.

missing BYEs or CANCELs.
I found that CDRtool can do this and more, but its not free and it seems
to be complicated.
