The 5.3.2-4 builds for CentOS 8 are not available here:

Is https://rpm.kamailio.org/centos/8/5.3/5.3.2/x86_64/ aka Pulp the
official release location now? (With -0 builds)
For CentOS 7 Pulp has 5.3.2-0 and OBS has 5.3.2-4. The version
mismatch is confusing.
