This is added to the SIP header if you have sip_warning=yes in your ser.cfg. Just set sip_warning=no to disable it.
BTW the Warning header is not without any sence: it allows to make traceroutes which can be really usefull for debugging. Without the Warning header (with the IP's in it) you have no chance to see which path a SIP requests takes, if you do not have full access to all participating devices.
