I think is a Internet Router Issue. If I use 5060 port on Kamailio, the
Publish have Content-Lenght Header = 0
If I change the Kamailio listen port to 5080, for example, the PUBLISH
have Content-Lenght Header > 0
Strange?

[publish.c:421]: ki_handle_publish_uri(): No E-Tag and no body found
I'm pretty sure same configuration work with 5.2.3 version.
Any hint?
