It's a little more complex to configure but the XML interface allows for
complete control over the conversations.

with sipsak (http://sipsak.berlios.de) you should be able to easily put some
load on your SIP proxy.
If you find something free which simulates more realistic daily SIP traffic I
would be really interested in it.
