Hello,

issue was actually caused by a mis-configuration.

question: if the call is not cancelled, after the 200 OK there is an
ACK, why that ACK does not have any prob?

in the main route block you have nothing that process the ack, so it
gets drop.
Try to add:

if ( t_check_trans() ) {
t_relay();

exit;
}
}
