msrp is a new module to be released in upcoming 3.3.0:

  * http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/features/new-in-devel

You have to use git master branch for now if you want to play with it, here are some instruction how to install it:

  * http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/devel/git
