Not quite to help, but I am ready to review those notes once they are ready.
My understanding is the installation procedure is to install
SER + nathelper (is this mandatory?) + rtpproxy.

but I don't know what to do with it once it is compiled,
and I don't know what to change in SER to integrate the proxy.
