You should get more debug messages in the syslog, that may give
you some hints. look for lines containing 'lcr'.

Hi Daniel,
I tried higher debug level, not getting anything related to LCR all i am
getting XLOG messages "unable to find Gateway".
can you check if you have matching LCR rule for your call?
