Hi Ivan,
I have to admit that I haven't tested it for some time. In between we updated to
Debian Bookworm and Kamailio 5.7.4. I've tried to reproduce the issue today but it
seems to be gone. I can do a restart on the second node and all dialogs are in sync.
Maybe there were changes between 5.5.7 and 5.7.4 that have influence on the behavior.

What is also strange is, that if I kill Kamailio with kill -9 <pid>
Kamailio is restarting immediately and all dialogs are also restored.
