You can reload the tables using the MI interface of openser. http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/1.2.x/permissions.html#AEN502
For example you can use fifo as MI transport: 1. load and configure mi_fifo module 2. configure openserctl to use fifo 3. # openserctl fifo address_reload
