I've tried but doesn't delete the line anymore, i tried with :
subst_body('/a=rtpmap:107 BV32\/16000\r//');
subst_body('/a=rtpmap:107 BV32\/16000\n//');
subst_body('/a=rtpmap:107 BV32\/16000\r\n//');
subst_body('/a=rtpmap:107 BV32\/16000$\r\n//');
but nothing :s
