to work the other way, for Asterisk to be notified when a phone is
ringing, off hook etc. It seems like I need to use the presence module
with pua_dialoginfo to forward the notifies to any subscribers but I'm not
sure if that's right for this scenario.
Asterisk cannot be notified when a phone is ringing, except in the case that
it's ringing as a Asterisk phone (so it's asterisk who is calling that phone,
even thought Kamailio as proxy).
There is no way Asterisk to subscribe to device status of phones not making
calls through Asterisk itself.
