You don't need to do anything to support MESSAGE
requests on Kamailio.

Thank you Martian! Using Jitsi it works perfectly, IM and presence and
audio too on calls.
Even works when I turn on SylkServer and log on to an account from there;
(<sylkserver account>@<kamailio server>.<domain>)
