[Serusers] Problems with starting SER

Hi, I have following problem with SER. I have downloaded the Presence Snapshot version ser-0.10.99-dev-pa-4.1, but I can't start it. With the command serctl ps, I get the message: Error opening ser's FIFO /tmp/ser_fifo Make sure you have line fifo=/tmp/ser_fifo in your config.
