You didn’t set a protocol, like:
listen=udp:[2a02:1850:1:1::13]:5060

How are you setting the listen= param for ipv6?
I have tried with these three:
listen=[fe80::6e29:95ff:fe7d:37e6]:5060
listen=[fe80::6e29:95ff:fe7d:37e6%wlp1s0]:5060
listen=fe80::6e29:95ff:fe7d:37e6%wlp1s0:5060
The last one works in apache. K does not accept the syntax of the last
two.
