in /etc/kamailio/kamctlrc you can configure the DB ENGINE. I do not know
if odbc is supported to but you can try

when using kamctl to start/stop kamailio it also provides a lot more
"functions" like "kamctl lcr show", "kamctl ul show", etc.
If I start kamailio using kamailio -f "path to my config" etc how can I have
the same functionalities?
