hi all,
problem solved, next time iI will buy a brain, mine seems to be out of
service sometime...
In fact this kamailio is installed just to receive calls from some
routable IPs, no nat.
But, I tried the system with a UA wich was natted...
Using the nat_traversal module did solve the problem.
uac_replace_from and auth works perfectly for me now.
Completely my fault, I apologize :)

As the BYE has a Route header different than the proxy receiving it,
it means that it's not removed and the proxy routes the BYE there:
Route: <sip:yyy.yyy.67.183;lr=on;ftag=5713...>
but obviously something fails when trying to send the request to that
IP yyy.yyy.67.183 ¿?
