I do not like it.
I think that at least the word "Open"  must be included in the new name

Does this actually mean that somebody knows how it's pronounced? ;) I am
quite curious about the correct pronounciation.

That 4 for me, I don't think that the new name sounds very "mature",
which might hurt the image people have of this project (and
unfortunately in light of the current developments I don't think this
image needs more damage at the moment). But I'm not quite sure that
changing the name again would be a good idea either, after 1 name
change, a fork and several "heated" arguments on the mailing lists
(that's the most diplomatic and understated description I've ever made)
I think some stability for now would be best.

Kind regards,
Ardjan Zwartjes.

Please, don't suggest names in the public maillist since anyone could
buy the domain ;)

Hi,

i also take 4.
I mistyped the name several times... the old name (though not available
anymore) was much better to remember and more clear what the project was
about...

I have already expressed some of my thoughts on the choice of name in
times past, but at this point I'm going to go for option 3 - I don't
mind it.

Not because I truly feel the name befits the project, but simply as a
pragmatic recognition that considerable work has already been put into
changing the name to Kamailio by Daniel-Constantin, Elena-Ramona, Juha
Heinanen, Henning Westerholt, and others.  It would be a shame if their
valuable efforts were in vain.

What this project doesn't need is yet *another* name change;  that would
just seem downright capricious to outsiders not privy to the nuances.

I'll go with 2. Hard to say that I love it ... yet. A name is
something we create and fill
with meaning. This one's free, available and weird enough to be
remembered.
It's very hard to come up with those names.

Sorry about that... didn't think people belonging to this list would be such
