Download serweb and install it just as if you use ser.
Turn on logging as described in the docsumentation of serweb (you have
to install some php-pear packages).
Then, just use it. If it does not work take a look at:
- apache access and apache error log file: here you will see errors due
to wrong apache configuration
- logfile of serweb: here you will see errors for missing tables, wrong
tables.
Try to solve the problems. If you get stuck, post the problem and the
errormessage.
AFAIK 0.9.4 works only with mysql, not postgres. For postgres you have
to adpot the SQL queries. ( The ones wich cause errors are logged in the
serweb logfile).

For your question - yes. I installed serweb (CVS version somewhere in
August) and used it with openser. Probably you have to adopt table
definitions from ser to openser.
