Here is another possibility, _only_ if you have control of the pstn gateway.
Add a proprietary sip header field to the INVITE and 200OK. The field
indicates how long the call is allowed. In the gateway, you read the value
and disconnect the call accordingly.

SER is transaction statefull, not dialog/call statefull; it has not the
ability to terminate a call in progress. For this you need a b2bua (like
vovida)
