Hi,
Your config looks ok, so is your trace. However, I did not find ANY
(!) DNS entries corresponding to your domain: neither "ruh.ac.lk" nor
"sip.ruh.ac.lk" exists in DNS. Im not sure, but I think that might be
the problem...
