I didn't specify xlog("Method not supported...") any where...  which module is require to work with NOTIFY method...

kamailio is a proxy, it can support any method. It is up to you to do the routing.

If you haven't done anything special for NOTIFY, then the reply can come from another place. I was grepping the sources and the messages printed by you is in the config of unit test 7. Are you using that config?

Use ngrep to watch the sip traffic on your server.
