I am opening the admin/index.php page and receive this error

Warning: virtual(): Unable to include '/epilog.html' - request execution failed in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/serweb/page.php on line 145
I did these commands
echo "<body><h1>" > prolog.html echo "</body>" > epilog.html
echo "</h1><hr>" > separator.html
and I'm still getting the errors
any suggestions?
