RE: [Serusers] ERROR message : MySQL server has gone away

John, I just saw that message today as well. I had to restart SER. I didn't know what it was, but I would be like to know if you find a solution. This seems to have something to do with the newest version of MySQL I think. I am running v5.0.18 for the first time. This does not happen on MySQL v4.1.16.
