How can I contrôle « simultaneus calls limitation”

I could try to add in the database the number off simultaneous calls per user and when I check invite+1  cancel-1 bye-1 busy-1…

BUT I have to insert in the database for each calls the call-id to know which user to do +1 or -1 …

Have you another idea?
