What is the ser_mysql.sh that you are using ? Is that the old 0.8.14 one or the new one (0.9.0) ?? If you use the old one, you are going to have the same problem ... To avoid this problem try to use the old one to DROP the tables. After that go to the new SER source directory and try the following command to create the tables on the new version:
# make dbinstall
I hope it helps you
Best Regards

I look authdb_mod.c table version (3) i change ser_mysql.h according to authdb_mod.c I did drop/create/reinstall for tables version however I still get: Jun 4 10:51:02 serveur1 /usr/sbin/ser[3526]: auth_db:str_fixup: Invalid table version (use ser_mysql.sh reinstall) Jun 4 10:51:02 serveur1 /usr/sbin/ser[3526]: ERROR: fix_expr : fix_actions error

now you could try doing that, and recreating, or you could just look at the script and see what table version it is creating and change your version number for that table name in the version table in ser (did that make sense :-)), or you could look at authdb_mod.c and see what table version it is using...could be '3' but again depends on what you have.
I would either drop table and use ser_mysql.sh to reinstall, or just vi ser_mysql.sh and look where it creates the table version, see what version it sets for each table, and set that.
If it does not still wortk after all that, look at the authdb_mod.c module and see what version it wants.

okay so you have managed to get rid of all the duplicates, now just your version is incorrect.
I have pasted my tables,
+-----------------------+---------------+ | table_name | table_version | +-----------------------+---------------+ | gw | 1 | | lcr | 1 | | gw_grp | 1 | | realm | 1 | | subscriber | 5 | | reserved | 1 | | phonebook | 1 | | pending | 4 | | missed_calls | 2 | | location | 6 | | grp | 2 | | event | 1 | | aliases | 6 | | active_session | 1 | | acc | 2 | | config | 1 | | silo | 3 | | domain | 1 | | uri | 2 | | server_monitoring | 1 | | server_monitoring_agg | 1 | | trusted | 1 | | usr_preferences | 1 | | preferences_types | 1 | | admin_privileges | 1 | | calls_forwarding | 1 | | speed_dial | 1 | +-----------------------+---------------+
