yes there , by using the openserctl in /usr/local/sbin directory ,
in openserctl scripting u can manger the user as admin things.
Is there a GUI (web, php,...) that enable configuration?
For User GUI u can use the SERWEB ( php) or openSERadmin ( in Ruby with
rails ) and CDRTool from agproject
