Well, working with this phone may be a challenge.
I have gone around with Polycom on three phone calls. They don't support
the phone, only through your provider can you get the User ID and password
to web into the phone, and the Admin Guide.
Is there anyway IPTEL can represent us (SER users) in getting this
information since IPTEL could be considered a vendor? The phone looks to
be one of the best buys in features, look and feel, and price.
