Hi Javier!
I'm not aware of this feature in SIP. Please ask this question on the SIP-Implementors Mailing list. I'm sure the people there can refer to the proper specifications (if they exist). If this is yet not standardized, you can use any header in your client. Make a private extension to SIP and use it for this feature.

Openser is a proxy, no client. Thus, if you want to send a mesage to the client, the request must be sent by another SIP client. Then, openser can change some header fields or add new header fields. Openser itslef can not create new messages. For this you would have to use Asterisk or sems.
