Also, as you can reproduce, before starting kamailio, do:

uname -c unliminted

Start kamailio as root and reproduce. You should get a coredump file, send
the backtrace from it with gdb.
I'll need to work on this in a bit and send the results.  I do know this does 
not happen if I comment the following as so:

##!define WITH_ACCDB
##!define ACCDB_COMMENT

The segfault also did not occur with my previous build from git master@9a46223
