In an automatic way, I'm looking also...
As an exercise, I used Wireshark.... it could identify the flows, but
that's it... I also didn't find a way to extract the audio...

I'm looking at RTP Tools [*], but I don't expect they will be useful
for it. However, I get segmentfault when using "rtpdump" command XD
