we are using open source SER as a softswitch and Asterisk for voicemail. Besides Level 3 is there a company that can provide us with local and long distance calling with access to the PSTN, local phone numbers in CT, Philadelphia Metro, NJ, NY metro and Washington DC Metro, operator assistance, E911 emergency services and local number portability?
