Made some other tests.
copied $rd in another avp and passed it to the allow_address function
and it is working correctly.
i made:
$avp(s:test)=$rd;
allow_address("$avp(s:test)", "$rp"))
And it is working.
Do you know where the issue with $rd can be?

not the actual one but the original request value?
Even if the actual one has been changed in the script and if i print
it i get the actual value?
